Escrow after you win or Buy Now

When escrow is enabled on Rock My Auction, winning bids and Buy Now purchases keep your payment in a protected hold until the transaction completes. PayPal and crypto only fund your wallet — they are not charged again at shipment time.

How it works

  1. Bid or Buy Now: Your wallet balance moves to a hold (or escrow) for that auction.
  2. Seller ships: The seller marks the order shipped and may add tracking from Sales.
  3. You confirm: On Purchases, confirm when you receive the item.
  4. Cooling-off: A short waiting period runs before funds release to the seller.
  5. Release: The seller receives their payout (minus platform commission).

Disputes

If something is wrong after shipping, open a dispute from Purchases before funds release. For account or billing help, use Support tickets — escrow disputes are tied to the order, not general billing questions.

Legacy wallet pay

If escrow is off for an auction, you may still see Pay with Wallet on Purchases for unpaid wins. That path is separate from escrow holds.
