Auction marketplaces rarely mirror retail return windows. Start with the legally binding Terms of Use plus any seller-specific listing text before assuming a refund.

Preferred path

1. Message the seller with photos and concise issue description.
2. If unresolved, open a ticket under Billing or Auction Support with evidence.
3. Follow dispute timelines described in Terms—responses are not instantaneous.
