Messaging buyers and sellers

The Messages centre stores direct conversation threads per deal. It bridges the gap between winning a lot and receiving the item—keep all material promises in writing there.

Before you bid

Ask condition, provenance, or shipping questions early; do not wait until the last 30 seconds of a lot.

After you win

1. Share or confirm delivery addresses privately—never post PII on public lot comments if that feature exists.
2. Agree on insurance, signature, and who arranges the label.
3. Upload photos if damage occurs in transit to support a later ticket.

When to move to tickets

If money is charged incorrectly, or fraud is suspected, open a support ticket in parallel with the message thread.
