Categories exposed in-product

  • Account Issues — verification, passwords, suspicious logins.
  • Auction Support — listing errors, bidding disputes, catalogue concerns.
  • Other — anything that does not fit neatly above.

  2. Attach screenshots or PDF evidence once asked—avoid password-protected files.
  3. Complex disputes may reference the Terms timeline (for example ~14 business days); real-world volume can vary.
