Create account and sign in

Rock My Auction supports email and password registration and Google sign-in. New accounts must complete contact verification during signup before registration can finish.
Create an account (email)
- Open Create account (
/signup). - Enter your name, email, password, and optional phone number. Follow on-screen password rules.
- Choose whether to verify by email or phone when prompted.
- Enter the one-time code you receive. You can resend the code after the timer allows if it does not arrive.
- Submit registration. On success you should be signed in and redirected into the app.
Sign in with Google
- On Sign in or Create account, use the Google button.
- Complete the Google consent screen in the browser popup or redirect.
- If you already have an account linked to that Google identity, you will be signed in. If you are new, follow any remaining prompts on our site.
Sign in with email and password
- Go to Sign in (
/login). - Enter the email address and password for your account.
- If your organization requires a password change, you may be redirected to Change password before continuing.
- If two-factor authentication is enabled, you will be asked for an authenticator or backup code after your password is accepted. See the 2FA help article for details.
If something goes wrong
- “User already exists” — use Sign in or password recovery instead of creating a second account.
- Verification required — complete the code step; registration cannot complete until email or phone verification succeeds.
- Google errors — try another browser, disable blockers for pop-ups, and confirm you picked the correct Google account.
