Password reset, email on your profile, and signing out
Last updated: April 22, 2026
Reset a forgotten password
- On Sign in, open Forgot password (or go to Forgot password).
- Enter the email address for your account and submit the form.
- If an account exists for that email, you will receive a message that a reset link was sent. Also check your spam folder.
- Follow the link in the email. It opens Reset password with a token in the URL.
- Choose a new password that meets the on-screen rules and submit.
- After success, sign in on Sign in. You may see
?reset=successcleared automatically.
If the link says it is invalid or expired, request a new reset from Forgot password. Reset links are time-limited for your security.
Change password while signed in
If you are logged in but want a new password (for example after a temporary login), use Change password from the app navigation when available, or open that route directly. Some accounts may be required to change password after an admin reset — follow the prompt after login.
Update the email address on your account
- Sign in and open Edit profile.
- Update the email field and save.
- Use an address you can access — future sign-in, wallet, and payment notices rely on it. If your deployment re-verifies email after a change, complete any verification step shown in the product.
Signing out and other devices
Signing out (or clearing session cookies in your browser) ends this browser’s session on this device. The platform uses access and refresh tokens; behavior on other devices depends on whether those sessions are still valid there.
“Logout everywhere” (revoking every phone, laptop, and tablet at once) is not guaranteed as a self-serve button today. If you believe someone else has access to your account, change your password, enable 2FA if you can, and open a support ticket so we can help secure the account.
If you are locked out
- Use Forgot password for password recovery.
- For 2FA issues, see Two-factor authentication.
- For suspected takeover, contact support with any proof of ownership you have.
