Refunds are not guaranteed instant buttons—many flows route through support review especially when items shipped or disputes arise.

Card & PayPal reversals

Buyers initiating chargebacks through their bank or PayPal should still open a matching ticket so our finance team can correlate processor IDs. Expect temporary wallet locks while disputes settle.

Wallet adjustments

Approved refunds may return funds to wallet balance or original payment instruments depending on risk controls.

Crypto

Blockchain payments can require manual reconciliation when refunds are unavoidable—finance may coordinate off-chain credits if automatic reversal is impossible.
