Live auction updates not refreshing

Auction detail pages prefer realtime streams; when websockets disconnect, slower polling keeps data moving—but you may notice lag.

Quick fixes

  1. Hard refresh the tab (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R).
  2. Disable VPNs or corporate proxies that block websocket upgrades.
  3. Try another browser to isolate extensions.

Mobile networks

Switch from flaky Wi‑Fi to cellular or vice versa; packet loss stalls websocket heartbeats.
