Cannot sign in or verification code not received

Most “I never got the code” reports trace to spam filters, typos in the submitted address, or hitting resend too fast—work through these before assuming platform failure.

Verification codes during signup

  1. Wait for the countdown before requesting another SMS/email.
  2. Search spam/promotions folders for mail from Rock My Auction domains.
  3. Confirm you typed the correct phone country code or email domain.

Password recovery
